In the North GA mountains, found this little guy on my window. Is this a chorus frog or spring peeper? Sorry for the bad pic.

After going through numerous area rug options, I've finally narrowed it down to these two choices. I'm going for a cabin theme here. Which one would you choose? If neither, are there any other rugs I should consider?

Asking for a friend. Anyone have an idea what these little black growths are? They are are not only on one shrub but on different plants in the back yard. They release a pink residue when crushed. This is in Hawaii; fungus or insect?

What is the cheapest way to modify temporary treads like this on stairs down to an unfinished basement to prep for final inspection? Should I pull the first 2x4 off, butt it against the back and add a third, or completely replace them? I will need risers too.

We want ambient up-lighting on top of the rafter ties in this room. Our electrician suggested using low voltage lighting and has run the necessary low voltage wires to the locations. Do we buy any low voltage strip light, toss the transformer, and splice directly to the wire?
