Another hypothetical that was just brought to my attention if NS pivots to one man road trains on a sell out contract to address wage disparities, a higher seniority and seasoned workforce would enable a large amount of yardmaster jobs to be cut. Most yardmasters have ground seniority.

If Norfolk Southern offered $80 + an hour, 8 hour basic day, would you vote on that contract? The caveat would be one man road trains. Serious discussion because we're the most likely class 1 to cave in due to the daunting "Wage disparity".
